The rumours are true! Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2016 comes with an updated code editor for development that includes many new features:
- Syntax highlighting
- UNDO functionality
- Intellisense style code completion
- Line numbers
- Change indicators
- Syntax tool-tips
- Table definitions from the editor
So much good stuff. It’s been a long time coming and I’m excited to get my hands on a copy to start using it. You can find more details and additional pictures over on Vjeko’s blog where I first saw this.
